Colores a Medida (personalizados)
Cuando los colores se deben adaptar a las materias primas (cera, fragancias, aditivos) o al proceso de producción específico de un fabricante de velas, recomendamos colores personalizados. Estos colores están diseñados de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente y son probados en condiciones definidas. Cada lote de entrega se fabrica utilizando un proceso de producción estandarizado de acuerdo con los valores de color especificados y siguiendo estrictas pruebas de calidad. Esto permite a los clientes ahorrar en el tedioso trabajo de desarrollo sin comprometer la calidad, ya que poseen un producto de color listo y probado. El uso de estos colores personalizados puede minimizar altos costos de desarrollo de producto y producción.

Sistema de Mezcla de Colores RAINBOW
Pueden aprovechar e utilizar nuestro innovador sistema RAINBOW, los fabricantes que eligen trabajar con un número reducido de colores base para desarrollar sus propias fórmulas de color en sus laboratorios.
RAINBOW es un software basado en la nube, desarrollado por nosotros mismos, que proporciona a los usuarios fórmulas específicas, considerando los diferentes tipos de cera y métodos de producción que se utilizan en la industria. Hay fórmulas para color con baño y para coloración sólido.
RAINBOW facilita el proceso haciéndolo más rápido y más flexible para responder a las solicitudes de los clientes o acelerar la producción de los pedidos. El almacenamiento de materias primas necesarias se simplifica y la cantidad de capital inmovilizado se puede reducir. Sin embargo, aún se requiere personal capacitado como coloristas y pruebas finales del color en condiciones de producción.
